It’s a new year and you made a promise to yourself to exercise. You are so into it in January, February is a little too cold to go to the gym, come March and you forgot the passion that you had on that December night when your brain was foggy. Don’t stop!!! Any kind of exercise is important. We need to keep moving in order for our bodies to do what they were designed to do.
