I had a consult with an Ayurveda specialist. That’s a method of healthy eating and lifestyle based on three body types developed in ancient India.
One of the things that she told me was that I had to bring more joy into eating. Making healthy food is not enough if it is presented in a bowl of mush eaten while on the computer. Ok, I usually use fresh organic ingredients and sit quietly, but I fall short in presentation. Often my dinners look like they were prepared by Richard Dreyfus in “Close Encounters of the Third Kind.”
Tonight was my first attempt to consciously make my dinner appetizing. Here it is, and it tasted good, too! Not bad, huh? (Personally, I find it easier and more fun to make a sculpture!)
Looks beautiful!! I’m inspired!
Looks delicious!
Too bad clay is not tasty! 🙂
