Being Honorable

photo 3(4)Being honorable is good for your health.  If I think that I have wronged someone I feel my energy withdraw.  It’s a subtle feeling, but persistent.  I used to ignore it, but it doesn’t go away on its own.  It just gets registered in my cells along with all the other data I feed them.

Why not starting out being honorable and enjoy the bliss?  There is no need to set up a winner and loser.  I don’t like being the loser, but being the winner at someone else’s expense doesn’t feel good either.   When we accept another person’s feelings everyone wins.  Even if we don’t agree with them, their thoughts and feelings are legitimate.  After all, treating others with kindness, humor and appreciation is good for our health.

Enjoy your Sunday!  And, as always, I’d love to hear your thoughts.
