You Can Transform

IMG_6660The election might be over, but many of us are still feeling off balance and heading down the dark road of an uncertain future. Knowing that I had to find a way to make peace with my feelings, a few weeks ago I participated in sessions with master teachers that helped me gain insight. Six hours on a webinar with channeled master Bashar, one hour in an online tapping session to release unwanted feelings from my cells, and a three-hour seminar learning from world-renown life teachers, authors and scientists. My brain is spinning, but I have gained a new perspective to share with you.  Here is what they had to say.

How we respond to an incident is more important than the actual incident. As a deep divide in our nation has come to the surface, we can give this a positive meaning understanding that this time of extreme disintegration can accelerate us to a higher evolution. If we stay positive and true to ourselves, this can be powerful and transformative. Many of our present systems needed to be replaced and this knocked our status quo out of the ballpark.  Reminiscent of the energy of 9/11 from the outside, this 11/9 was an inner moral explosion.

We are in the place between “no longer” and “not yet”. We need to be conscious and responsible for spreading hope and being an example of high human values. You never know how your attitudes and commitment to living on the high ground will affect someone else.  In “Power Versus Force”, author David Hawkins cites how Mahatma Gandhi brought the British Empire to its knees by standing for the principle that human rights are ingrained in the nature of man and woman because they are inherent in creation.  He rejected violence opting instead for the universal principle of the intrinsic integrity of humankind.

Our hearts have 46,000 cells that send messages to our brains. Experiencing hopefulness, compassion, gratitude and appreciation through our hearts sends messages to our brains. Now is the time to wake up, step up and consciously reject fear-based beliefs and discussions choosing instead beliefs of hope, courage and compassion.  It is so hard when we are bombarded with daily news reports that foment fear and doubt and ignite our unconscious beliefs of prejudice and instability, but deep-rooted beliefs can be replaced when we shine a light on them.  They don’t own us.  We have the power to transform them and live differently.  Isn’t that part of our purpose in this life?

Please share.

Well put, Ellie. We needed to be shaken up in order to promote change. I feel it is a positive.
    Take care,
